Stan, I have used the pre-bent hose for 6 yrs now with no problems. On advice from a guy (expert) on TC, I am using a factory set up with the auto zone 180 that I drilled a couple of little holes in. Allows a little flow when engine temp is bellow 180, allows just a bit more flow when temp above 180.
