I looked up under the car quickly and it looks like a regular rubber hose that almost appears to be part of the tank. I am fairly certain it can''t be. I have pulled tanks, sending units etc on older Mustangs.

The line off the fuel pump is starting to leak. The leak is definitely the rubber lines and not the brass fittings on the fuel pump. All lines and fittings are 3/8ths.
