28.12.2018· Nothing wrong with replacing metal lines as long as the proper hose is used; as in fuel injection hose. The problem with that is that some F.I. hose can be pricy. Around here it’s about 6 bucks a foot and if you’re redoing an entire vehicle that’s going to add up to a bunch.

01.09.2011· Just make sure you ask for fuel injected fuel line. Its reinforced and made for your appliion (high pressure line). Buy enough to overlap the hard line by about 2 inches on each side and use hose clamps like the ones in the pic, the standard small worm gear screw style ones arent the hottest for high pressure, they dont tighten down evenly when they are that small.

29.03.2011· Searched for the topic, but no luck on the specific question. Is there anything wrong with running full length teflon -6 AN fuel line for supply and return the entire length of the car? I know anytime you''re running from hardline to fuel tank you should use teflon (or related flexible hose) and anytime you move the line through the frame.
